No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing our software code to third parties.
Encryption: Unless a "Source Code" license is specifically purchased, parts of the code may be encrypted to protect our intellectual property.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Griyaasoft Software and Solutions is the sole owner and developer of the Intellectual Property (IP) for all scripts and software listed on this website. We certify that:

All code is written in-house by our development team.
We strictly DO NOT sell, distribute, or support third-party, nulled, cracked, or unauthorized software.
We are compliant with international copyright laws and DMCA regulations.

3. Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be made in full before the delivery of any digital product. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Support & Maintenance

We provide free technical support for 3 months from the date of purchase for bugs or errors in our unmodified code. Support does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting server limitations, or your own code modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Griyaasoft Software and Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of our software, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
