Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our software products. However, due to the digital nature of our business, we enforce the following refund guidelines.

1. Readymade Scripts (Digital Products)

For downloadable products like Matrimonial Scripts, Directory Scripts, or E-commerce Scripts:

• No Refund Post-Delivery: Once the script files have been downloaded or sent to your email, or installed on your server, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because digital products cannot be "returned."
• Demo Verification: We strongly advise all customers to check the Live Demo and features list thoroughly before purchasing.

2. Services (Web Design & SEO)

For service-based orders:

• Full Refund: If you cancel the project before the initial design/work has commenced.
• Partial Refund: If the project is cancelled halfway, a refund will be issued based on the proportion of work pending.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved by our management team:

• The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of approval.
• The amount will reflect in your original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Account) within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
